Yes, Dakota Manchester Airport are pleased to offer overnight guests a complimentary chauffeur-driven transfer to Terminals 1, 2 and 3, Manchester Airport Train Station and private terminals.
Operating 24 hours a day, this is a pre-booked service, with our Concierge team on hand to assist with luggage and ensure a stress-free departure.
When booking directly with Dakota, guests are invited to include their flight details and a requested hourly timeslot for drop off during the reservation process.
Transfer services are subject to availability, and during peak periods, time-slot requests are not guaranteed. Please note that your time-slot request will be confirmed by the team upon check-in and cannot be confirmed in advance of arrival.
Once you arrive at Dakota Manchester Airport, our Reception Team will confirm the location for you to meet our driver and the timeslot for your transfer.
Our shuttle service runs 24 hours, subject to availability. Timings vary based on peak and off-peak periods.
Our airport shuttles can host up to 6 guests per transfer, with one item of luggage per guest. Please note that shuttles are not private, and guests may share with others during the journey. If you are travelling with more than one item of luggage per guest, please notify the hotel in advance so we can make any necessary arrangements to accommodate your journey.
Our shuttles can accommodate a folded wheelchair, but for safety reasons passengers must be able to transfer into a fixed vehicle seat. If you have any mobility or accessibility needs, please contact the hotel before arrival so we can discuss your requirements and explore suitable arrangements.
We do not provide child car seats for shuttles, and they are not required for this service. However, if you'd like to bring your own seat along, we'd be more than happy to accommodate this.

Select your chosen Classic King Room when booking directly on our website, the second page on the booking process will show the option to select for a wheelchair accessible bedroom, if the room type comes in this form, and if we have availability.
If you are unable to find a suitable room type, please contact us directly by calling 0161 241 5262 and a member of the team would be delighted to assist you.
If you book one of our wheelchair accessible bedrooms, its features include a flashing beacon on the fire alarm sounding, emergency pull cords by your bed and in the bathroom alerting our team in the event of an emergency to assist you, as well as fully accessible wet room including low sinks, shower chair, and rails.
Additionally, vibrating pillows, bed rails, bath handles, and shower chairs can be provided, and at Reception a hearing loop or larger font printed documents can be supplied. Please let us know, ideally prior to arrival so we can be best prepared to meet your needs.
Prior to arrival or on check in, we will complete a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan, also known as a PEEP form, for any guests who may require particular arrangements or assistance in the event of an emergency evacuation. We also have trained team members onsite at all times to operate our fire evacuation chairs.

Our on-site car park is conveniently located within the hotel grounds, while a second private guest car park is situated just a three-minute walk away, offering additional parking availability while remaining within easy reach of the hotel.

Non-resident parking is available to guests attending the Hotel's Bar, Grill and/or Events functions and is subject to availability. The following charges apply to non-resident visitors only and are payable on exit:
• Up to 3 hours – £10.00
• Up to 6 hours – £15.00
• Up to 12 hours – £20.00
• Over 12 hours – the standard nightly parking rate applies.
