Each of our Dakota Manchester Airport bedrooms offers dedicated luggage storage facilities for guests.

Yes, available to our overnight guests we offer a complimentary chauffeur-driven Airport transfer service, dropping off at Terminals 2 and 3, which offers convenient access to the train station, as well as private terminals.
Operating 24 hours a day, this is a pre-booked service, with our Concierge team on hand to assist with luggage and ensure a stress-free departure.
When booking directly with Dakota, guests are invited to include their flight details and a requested hourly time-slot for drop off at either Terminal 2 or Terminal 3 during the reservation process.
Shuttle services are subject to availability, and during peak periods, time-slot requests are not guaranteed. Please note that your time-slot request will be confirmed by the team upon check-in, and cannot be confirmed in advance of arrival.
Once you arrive at Dakota Manchester Airport, our front desk team will confirm the location for you to meet our driver and the time-slot for your transfer.
Our shuttle service runs 24 hours, subject to availability. Timings vary based on peak and off-peak periods.
Our luxury Mercedes Vitos can host up to 6 guests per transfer, with luggage. Please note that shuttles are not private, and guests may share with others during the journey.
Guests may enjoy valet parking for both overnight stays and visits to the Grill, available on the Hotel grounds, or at a partner privately-operated car park, a stone’s throw from Dakota. Discreetly monitored by wireless Dakota CCTV and expertly managed by our Concierge team from start to finish, simply hand your keys to our valet for a seamless beginning to your stay.

Select your chosen Classic King Room when booking directly on our website, the second page on the booking process will show the option to select for a wheelchair accessible bedroom, if the room type comes in this form, and if we have availability.
If you are unable to find a suitable room type, please contact us directly by calling 0161 241 5262 and a member of the team would be delighted to assist you.
If you book one of our wheelchair accessible bedrooms, its features include a flashing beacon on the fire alarm sounding, emergency pull cords by your bed and in the bathroom alerting our team in the event of an emergency to assist you, as well as fully accessible wet room including low sinks, shower chair, and rails.
Additionally, vibrating pillows, bed rails, bath handles, and shower chairs can be provided, and at Reception a hearing loop or larger font printed documents can be supplied. Please let us know, ideally prior to arrival so we can be best prepared to meet your needs.
Prior to arrival or on check in, we will complete a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan, also known as a PEEP form, for any guests who may require particular arrangements or assistance in the event of an emergency evacuation. We also have trained team members onsite at all times to operate our fire evacuation chairs.
