When booking directly with Dakota, guests are invited to provide their flight details and request an hourly transfer timeslot as part of the reservation process. Upon arrival, our Reception Team will confirm your transfer arrangements, including your allocated timeslot and where to meet your driver.

Meeting your Dakota driver: 

Manchester Airport Train Station 
Exit the train station and pass through the ticket barriers. Continue straight ahead to the Drop-Off & Collection Point, where your driver will be waiting in a Dakota-branded vehicle. 

Terminal 2 
From the Arrivals Hall, follow the signs for Hotel Shuttles, where Dakota Hotel is included on the wayfinding signage. Proceed to Collection Bay H, where the display board will show Dakota Hotel. Your driver will meet you there. 

Terminal 3 
From the Arrivals Hall, take the right-hand exit and make your way to Bus Stop A. Your driver will be waiting in a Dakota-branded vehicle in the nearest available pick-up bay. 

Upon arrival at Dakota Manchester Airport, our Reception Team will confirm your transfer arrangements, including your allocated timeslot and where to meet your driver, ensuring a seamless start to your journey.
