It’s 6:30pm, you’re dressed to impress and feeling refreshed – it’s time to head down to the Hogmanay ball, where welcome drinks await you and a live piper sets the stage for an unforgettable evening.
At 7 pm, indulge in a feast of culinary excellence as you prepare to enjoy an exquisite Hogmanay set menu, specially crafted by our renowned chefs. Each course has been designed to delight your taste buds.
