General Hotel Enquiries
Standard check-in is at 3pm, check out is at 11am. Early check-in from 1pm and late check out until 1pm can be added to your booking for an extra charge, subject to availability.

We value your comfort and don’t impose a strict dress code. However, we kindly request guests to avoid sports shirts.
Secure valet parking is available for £45 per 24 hours, subject to availability. Guests can also use Q-Park The Light, a 5-minute walk from the hotel, with a 25% discount.
Q-Park is open 24/7 and features PaSS Technology (Automated Number Plate Recognition) for seamless entry and exit. Selected sites also offer convenient electric vehicle charging stations.

Guests of Dakota Leeds can redeem a discounted rate of £6.50 per person for our local Nuffield Health gym, equipped with swimming pool and sauna. Please enquire at reception to redeem your discounted day pass.

Standard room service is available to order for in house guests from 12pm – 9pm. Our night time room service menu can be ordered from 9pm – 6am. You can view our room service menu via the TV or menu print out in your room. Simply dial 4032 from your room to make an order.

Dakota Leeds is located on Russel Street, in Leeds city centre – a short walk to the local arenas and shopping districts. To view more about our location, click here.
Dakota Leeds is located a short 4 minute walk to Leeds Train Station.
Leeds First Direct Arena is a short ten minute walk or ten minute drive from the hotel.
Accessibility
Select your chosen Classic Room when booking directly on our website, the second page on the booking process with show the option to select for a wheelchair accessible bedroom if the room type comes in this form and if we have availability.
If you are unable to find a suitable room type, please contact our the Hotel directly by calling us at 0113 322 6261 and a member of the team will be happy to assist you.
If you book one of our wheelchair accessible bedrooms, its features are: a flashing beacon on the fire alarm sounding, emergency pull cords by your bed and in the bathroom alerting our team in the event of an emergency to assist you. Bathrooms include: low sinks, shower chair, and rails.
Additionally, the following features have the ability to be moved into any of our bedrooms: vibrating pillows, bed rails, bath handles, and shower chairs. At Reception, we can also provide you with a hearing loop, or larger font printed documents such as registration card or menus.
Please let us know, ideally prior to arrival so we can be best prepared to meet your needs. If you need any accessibility assistance not already listed, please do let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We have a ramp at our front entrance alongside steps for accessibility with direct access to elevators to get to alternative floors for bedrooms or our Grill.
We offer complimentary valet car parking to Blue Badge holders, who are staying with us as Hotel guests, subject to availability and when prebooked. Please contact us prior to arrival so we can make valet parking arrangements based on your estimated time of arrival and departure to avoid any waits. Once arranged, simply drive up to the front door of the Hotel, and provide your keys to our Concierge.
Prior to arrival or on check in, we will complete a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan, also known as a PEEP form, for any guests who may require particular arrangements or assistance in the event of an emergency evacuation.
We also have trained team members onsite at all times to operate our fire evacuation chairs.
