General Hotel Enquiries
Check-in is open from 3pm, and check out is 11am. You can purchase early check-in from 1pm and late check out at 1pm for an additional charge, subject to availability.

Your comfort is our priority, so we don’t enforce a strict dress code. We do ask, however, that guests refrain from wearing sports shirts.
Limited parking is available adjacent to the hotel for a charge of £30 per day from 3pm – 11am. You can reserve parking by contacting the Hotel directly at 0141 404 3680, this is strictly available on a first come first serve basis.
Validated parking is available for £12 per day at Cambridge Street and Charing Cross car parks, both within a 10-minute walk from the hotel. On-street parking near the hotel is available at a charge of £6.40 per hour. All vehicles entering the city centre must meet low-emission standards or face a penalty. Hotel residents can request a pass for The Gym on Bothwell street, open 5am-1opm Monday to Friday and 6am-8pm Saturday to Sunday, for a cost of £5 per person, per day.

Room service is available from 12pm – 10pm daily, you can view our room service menus from the TV or print outs in your room.

Dakota Glasgow is located on West Regent Street, in the heart of the city. We’re a convenient 15 minute drive from Glasgow Airport – making us an ideal location for both business and leisure. To view more information on our location please click here.
Dakota Glasgow is a short 5 minute drive, or 15 minute walk to Glasgow Central Station and Queen Street Station.
Accessibility
Select your chosen Classic Room when booking directly on our website, the second page on the booking process with show the option to select for a wheelchair accessible bedroom, if the room type comes in this form, and if we have availability.
If you are unable to find a suitable room type, please contact us directly by calling the Hotel on 0141 404 3680 and a member of the team will be happy to assist you.
If you book one of our wheelchair accessible bedrooms, its features are: a flashing beacon on the fire alarm sounding, emergency pull cords by your bed and in the bathroom alerting our team in the event of an emergency to assist you, as well as fully accessible wet room including low sinks, shower chair, and rails.
Additionally, the following features have the ability to be moved into any of our bedrooms: vibrating pillows, bed rails, bath handles, and shower chairs. At Reception, we can also provide you with a hearing loop, or larger font printed documents such as registration card or menus.
Please let us know, ideally prior to arrival so we can be best prepared to meet your needs. If you need any accessibility assistance not already listed, please do let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We have a ramp at our front entrance alongside steps for accessibility with direct access to elevators to get to alternative floors for bedrooms or our Grill.
There is on street parking directly in front of our hotel, as well as in neighbouring streets surrounding our Hotel which provides complimentary Blue Badge parking.
Prior to arrival or on check in, we will complete a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan, also known as a PEEP form, for any guests who may require particular arrangements or assistance in the event of an emergency evacuation.
We also have trained team members onsite at all times to operate our fire evacuation chairs.
