When you apply, we’ll review your CV to understand your skills, qualities, experiences, and career goals. Our People team will reach out for an informal chat, followed by one or more in-person interviews - an opportunity for us to get to know you beyond your CV and explore what a Dream Role at Dakota means to you.
Dependant on the role you're applying for you may be invited to either attend a trial shift, or undertake a practical assessment. This is a two-way street – it’s just as important for you to get a feel for our culture as it is for us to see if you’ll thrive here. If you're successful, we'll extend an offer and provide you with everything you need ahead of your start date.
Once you join us, through our Dakota Academy, we’ll provide you with a thorough induction and team onboarding. To help you settle in, you'll be assigned a buddy and invited to several check ins, ensuring you feel supported from day one.
