From your interview to your onboarding we take the time to understand your skills, expertise and ambitions so we can work together to develop your personal pathway to success.
Graduate Programme
Designed around your career goals across all operational departments, we will design an intensive accelerated programme lasting between 9-18 months.
Accelerate Programme
Tailored personal development plans including 1-2-1 coaching for individuals with a minimum of 12 months’ hospitality experience (no formal qualifications required).
Apprenticeship Programme
Providing fully funded qualifications and exposure working at the highest standards, Dakota is the ideal training ground for those looking to enter our industry
